2. Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is used to fulfill bookings, process payments, communicate scheduling or safety updates, improve our offerings, and comply with legal obligations. We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (service provision), and, where applicable, consent.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share required data with service providers (e.g. payment processors, mapping tools) under data processing agreements. Any sharing of sensitive data (e.g. driver’s license) requires your explicit consent.

4. Consumer Rights Under Georgia Law
Georgia residents may request to:

• Bookings require a valid ID, driver’s license, and payment (deposit may apply).
   
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund; otherwise, no refund.
   

Off‑roading carries inherent risks. Participants must sign a liability waiver. By riding, you acknowledge risks, accept responsibility for injury or damage, and agree to follow guides’ instructions. Non‑signature results in cancellation without refund.

You are financially responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of our vehicles. Guides reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately for reckless, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior, which may result in further charges.

Operators must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Passengers must meet minimum age requirements per rental vehicle type.

Tours operate rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather or trail closures; full refunds or rebooking options offered.

All consumer interactions comply with Georgia’s Fair Business Practices Act. Advertising is accurate; pricing is transparent; bookings honored as presented.

All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed to North GA Offroad LLC. Do not reproduce without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We assume no liability for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
